“NASTROND” is a fictional, fully AI generated trailer for a feature film project I've been working on for a while now.

Logline: In the dying days of World War II, a skeleton crew aboard a German U-boat must fight not only Allied forces but their own sanity, as their mission to capture a rogue commander descends into a claustrophobic nightmare with no escape.

NASTROND is not a conventional submarine film, but a modern horror thriller that takes place in a single location! Yet it delivers a mind-bending twist that shatters all limitations. While World War II and submarines might initially sound expensive and elaborate, we‘ve focused on the absolute essentials externally, while giving them a profound depth. We are confident that we can realize this story without compromise for below 10 million euros.

In our story, Joseph Conrad‘s classic HEART OF DARKNESS meets the dizzying reality puzzle of SHUTTER ISLAND. Our inspiration comes from the works of Robert Eggers, who in THE WITCH or THE LIGHTHOUSE also viewed historical reality through a slow-burn horror lens, as well as classics of cosmic horror like ALIEN and EVENT HORIZON.
